Ir. Ng Swee Hong is a Civil Engineer (MIEM) by profession. He has been actively involved in the local development industries for exceeding 30 years. During his work tenure as senior project manager for a public listing company and also Executive Director for a local developer, he had successfully planned, completed and delivered thousands of various types of residential, commercial, industrial and resort properties in property industries.
Unitedhome Development Sdn Bhd together with her in house construction arm, Unitedhome Construction Sdn Bhd were formed and led by him in year 2013. As todate the group had completed and delivered several housing development namely Taman Tangga Batu Permai, Taman Merak Phase 1, 2 & 3, Taman Tanjung Minyak Utama, Taman Residen Lapan (2-1/2 Storey Semi D) with early delivery of completed products without fail, not neglecting assurance of quality control in all projects undertaken.
