1. Min.5 years of working experience in related fields
2. Dynamic, able to work under pressure and result orientated

2. Min. 2 years with Property Developer
1. Coordinate with consultants during construction stage
2. Liaison work with relevant government agencies at all stage of implementation.
3. Ensure project implementation and completion within stipulated time, cost and quality.
4. Diploma/Degree in Civil / Building Construction Management or related discipline.
5. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property development or construction company
